Vitamin C is helpful when taking Iodine, so is selenium, but make sure that you get copper in the proper amount because Vitamin C apparently works upon it in a negative way, possible depletingit.

Also, Vitamin A can contribute to hairloss can't it?

I have heard that high amounts of Vitamin A can cause hair loss. I have been taking about 3gms of vitamin c a day. Been munching on a lot of brazil nuts which are apparently rich in selenium. Previously I was having ultimate man's gold multivitamin to fill that void.

I was loading on the Vitamin C there for a while, and I'm eating Brazil Nuts too now, haha.
But concerning the Vitamin C, I'd rather not have the vitamin C helping my thyroid for a couple weeks than to have the Vitamin C exasperate a possible copper deficiency.

Vitamin A is not a problem, unless there is an intentional overdose.

Nocturnalhorse - With such a long list of supplements, why not Ecklonia cava?

CS! I was also considering using NOW Foods super enzymes for around 8-12 weeks. Now my only concern is once I discontinue the multivitamin which I have been using. ( few servings left ) and start off with the supplements mentioned above do 'I need to take seperate multivitamin formula to compensate for things like choline, inositol, paba, manganese, A, C etc. Do you suggest anything?
