Ok so i know dutasteride works for me but with side effects minox gives me sides as well
I just started topical rapamycin/egcg as a nightly topical per the regrowth studies i will also be getting a prescription pretty soon for Metformin in cream formulation to apply as a morning topical
I know the study on this one is for a different form of alopecia but being that it stimulates follicle stem cells and growth factors it could be a valid experimental try
Will update if when i see results
Oh btw i also add wasabi tincture before i apply rapamycin which i have for the last 2 days
One thing i will mention is i do feel a low grade itch on my scalp but it reminds me of the itch i used to get with minox before regrowth

How did you get a script for metformin just for experimental hair growth? If you don't have PCOS doctors are pretty finicky when giving out drugs that haven't been proven to be effective for other things.

There is an online place that requires a couple yearly check ups with blood work but its like 400 to get started so im gonna check with my regular primary
Im gonna say i want it for anti-aging /blood sugar control but i the script has to be specific for cream as it needs to be made by a compounding pharmacy
