Ashwagandha Shoden : Who tried this form ?

Hi guys !
I just ordered some Ashwagandha on the "Shoden" form.
It's made with 40 times the concentration and 35% withanolide glycosides and it comes in 240mg form. One cap a day looks to be enough, just before sleep.
