So what causes SIBO?
Fiber, starch and sugars.
Enter Carnivore diet.
Note: After one eats the "everything diet" aka standard diet for a long time, or even plant-based diets, starting on a carnivore diet will cause a radical change in the microbiome.
Some people go all in, which means there will be a lot of "moving parts" until the system adjusts.
Others might prefer a gradual shift, such as reducing the load of plants, fibers and then going more keto until
they are 100% carnivore. Then give it a month plus, things should be a lot better.

I've read that Allicin is very effective for SIBO. Perhaps something to consider as well.

This popped up on my feed, so it might answer some questions:

I've watched a "ton" of carnivore content over the last few years.
The basic advice aside from this video would allowing for some changes (because of microbiome). If one is already
somewhat keto (low-carb), then the transition will be easy.
Other than that, depending on how much history of plants and in particular, Oxalate dumping - which just means everything that contained oxalate will release in stages and may cause some effects, that will lessen. Barely noticed any, as I've mostly been next to zero plants anyway.
All that said, watching a lot of videos over the years on the "no longer vegan" and those transitions are interesting.
As for myself, I tried vegan for one day (didn't last). Tried even vegetarian for a few days (results were horrible).
Always wondered how some can manage a pure vegan diet for a decade plus. One in particular lasted for 25 years, then lost all energy until they ate beef liver.
As for me, I'm 90% Carnivore, 5% Pizza and 5% Keto for desserts.
