Would the flush from taking niacin... "niacin flush" as it's called...be helpful in expanding that clogged or pinched STA?

An interesting question. I can only postulate some ideas, which are loosely supported by the literature, however not specifically the STA.
Systemic enzymes, niacin iodine combination.
