Spermidine Empty Spermidine

Post  MikeGore Mon Aug 23, 2021 9:45 am

I have recently been reading up on Spermidine and seems like a very valuable supplement to take. Not just for hair growth but also for rejuvenation and cell renewal.

I recently found a product that contains Spermidine but also chlorella. So now I am confused. Does chlorella always contain spermidine? If that's the case I've taken spermidine before without knowing, which mean buying spermidine now, shouldn't expect anything different.

Or perhaps not all chlorella has spermidine.

Seems like a good product to have in our supplement stack.

Aged cheddar cheese has 20 mg per 100 grams
Wheat germ has about the same
Just started a regimen with 3 TBSP wheat germ in the morning
And a good hunk of aged cheddar every evening
