Does MK4 also help with decalcification or is it just MK7?

CS mentioned on the old thread that MK7 along with 8 and 9 are the forms that get to bloodstream for decalcification.
I was wondering if MK4 works well for the same purpose to decalcify scalp. If not, can someone please explain how their mechanisms vary?
I would think that their mechanisms are similar since they are under the same umbrella of K2, but that is just my assumption. I would sincerely appreciate your response.
