OT: Best anti inflammatories for carpal tunnel, tissue inflammation, tendonitis, stiffness, etc?

Just wondering what has worked well for you guys?

I recently tried 5-loxin (boswellia extract)/osteo bio flex with high hopes, but unfortunately it seems to give me some kind of weird chest tightness or throat irritation, not sure.

My symptoms are mainly in my right wrist/hand. Intermittent pain and now weakness/stiffness. I play the drums occasionally so I can really tell when my hands have lost dexterity.. It is definitely the case in my right. I believe I was already prone to CT but I believe a bad bout of poor detumescence therapy technique w/ bian stones (acute angle with wrists accompanied with pressure for 40 min/day) really set it off. I have rested for 4-5 months but symptoms still seem to be there. I do hand exercises but looking for something more.

Seeing a hand specialist but it is still up in the air if my symptoms are from carpal tunnel, tendonitis, or just a general wrist strain/inflammation...

Anyways, looking for some really effective natural anti inflams in this department. Any suggestions?

How about tea? Green tea is obvious, black tea as well though
