Re: OT: Effective natural anti inflammatories for wrist tendonitis? (both topical and internal)
Hi, I have recovered 100% from a very serious knee injury and have massaged many people with carpal tunnel. As a competitive swimmer I had mild tendonitis in the shoulder. Ginger is supposed to be excellent for anti inflammatory, there is plenty of research on it .

I no longer have any painful areas, but here is my best advice. Physical therapy likes to stretch injures like knees. I refused to do this and stuck to minimizing use or stress for about a year. They say icing is best for carpal/ tendonitis issues. I suppose rebuilding with collagen and gelatin. The people that I massaged said that the pressure massage helped. I didn't like doing as they asked because I was worried about further stressing the ligaments and tendons, but they said it helped.
