Sister and mother have both recently been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. I've read that magnesium and b vitamins can be useful, does anyone know of anything else?

CS - Would decalcify supp be good for carpal tunnel at all? I would suspect the mag and possibly K2 would be beneficial? How many would you recommend per day?

My mum healed her carpals with B-6 (2x50mg a day) and magnesium (500mg/day). The same supplementation is also great in prevention of kidney stones.

She treated it also with electrical device - violet ray - she says it relieves the pain almost immediately...

Definitely no surgery needed for this kind of syndrome.

Thanks for the reply beebrox. I am very unfamiliar with violet ray, could you recommend me a good product?

Any b6 recommendations?
