I'm currently taking Vitamin Code Antioxidants, alpha lipoic acid, curcumin, and fibroboost. I work about a total of 6 hours outside (I work inside too), 4 days a week and I do not get sun burned! I have gotten tan tho, which I heard is sort of bad. nonetheless, I don't get burned!

I've been on this regime for about two weeks now and hair fall/ shedding has reduced.
