Magnesium Oil

Anyone care to comment if they are using this and/or their opinions on it as a topical?

Been using it for some time now, heartily recommend. Always rub it on feet before bed, helps me sleep soundly.
I also mix magnesium gel (from Health and Wisdom) with aloe vera juice and use it all over.

Nice man, what kind did you get? I love mag oil. Throw some in a bath or rub it on your muscles it's amazing for hair and scalp health.

Life Flo Health from iherb, it had the most positive reviews. I'll keep you guys updated

What do you guys say about Magnesium oil absorbing poorly? I have a lot of unabsorbed crystals every time I use it on my scalp...
