Anyone care to comment if they are using this and/or their opinions on it as a topical?
Thanks.

Been using it for some time now, heartily recommend. Always rub it on feet before bed, helps me sleep soundly.
I also mix magnesium gel (from Health and Wisdom) with aloe vera juice and use it all over.

It is said to raise DHEA levels which help keep us youthful. http://www.puremagoil.com/dhea.htm

It has potential to help hair growth, too. http://themagnesiumperfection.com/84/magnesium-oil-hair/

I just ordered a bottle of magnesium oil, hopefully my skin isn't too sensitive for it

Nice man, what kind did you get? I love mag oil. Throw some in a bath or rub it on your muscles it's amazing for hair and scalp health.

What do you guys say about Magnesium oil absorbing poorly? I have a lot of unabsorbed crystals every time I use it on my scalp...

Check this thread about it: http://www.worldhairloss.org/index.php/forums/viewthread/93
