Is it pointless chelating mercury with fillings still in?
So I have 3 amalgam fillings, I was curious as to whether taking iodine, selenium and humifulvate long term would be enough to chelate the constant flow of mercury. Or would I be wasting my time and money trying to chelate mercury whilst they are still in. I am getting increasingly confused the more I read into it, with conflicting opinions on what one should do if they have mercury fillings in.
I plan on getting the fillings removed eventually, however I won't be able to do this for a year or two due to financial reasons.
Thanks

demgains77 - The methods you mentioned are fine. The primary confusion (besides misinformation about this topic) is that
it is during the window of post amalgam removal when some chelation methods present hazards.
During post removal when is special precaution and type of chelation is needed.
