i think free and very powerful strategies like grounding (to fight infflamation etc) and cold showers (for glutathione) should be added to the regimen...these two i believer are very powerful...(and i just learnt them very recently because they werent in the regimen) and im sure there are many more...

Unless it's true grounding (walking on dirt with bare feet), there are problems with alternative forms of grounding.

Applying cold water after overheating and moderate temperature I believe is enough.

What's wrong with artificial grounding beside it can be source of EMF?

I've listened to numerous "grounding" and electrical experts. Ultimately, various grounding equipment is easy to get wrong and it gets complicated given how much charge is built in a specific city area with its own electrical activity.

In short, it is so complicated that unless it happens to be working in which ever way is working, it is better to air on the side of caution. So unless it is true grounding (walking on real dirt), it's too much of a risk for general recommendation.

Since we are dealing with electrons, is artificial grounding of any use - from let's say chemical cell? I'd like to know more about it, it's basic regimen everybody should have. There are plenty of people that have big problems because lack of it. Pilots for example...

"If someone really feels they need extra electrons, just go ahead and shuffle your feet across a carpet for a minute or so. That little shock you get from touching the doorknob? That’s because you picked up a few too many electrons. You will pick up all the electrons you need from your normal interactions with the environment. You don’t need special treatments to protect you from this mythical “dirty” electricity. I imagine your health would be better if you simply stopped worrying about it. It would also help my health as I wouldn’t have to un-teach bad physics."
