the NAD+ aging theory, a potential cure
With all sayng about body temperature and mitochondrial dysfonction. I invite you to research more on the topic:

It seems NMN cost is upper than 1500$ per gram.. But we have its precursor: https://chromadex.co...nts/NIAGEN.html
what do you think ? Problem seems to be the dosage... So low to be effective if we want to reproduce study.
I wonder if a sublingal technique as some try to do can be the solution ?
Anyway, NMN seems to be convert in NR: http://jn.nutrition.org/content/113/2/412.full.pdf
The supplement seems to not induce hot flush, but saying that is that also as effective against lp ( a ) ?
NR seems also to be effective against high fat diet: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1550413112001921
Interestingly it seems NAD+ is the pathway which activate sirt1. So resveratrol is a good candidate as well: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22304913 and https://www.caymanchem.com/app/template/Article.vm/article/2118
resveratrol also decrease the level of PARP1 which by itself inhibit the NAD level.. So resveratrol is definitely a good way for that.
an other way to increase it is to inhibit CD38 using cyanidin-3-O-b-glucoside (Cy3G) found in much healthy food as pomegranate and most of all black rice.
