Hi Folks,

I've been battling my tummy woes for almost a year now. Before coming to this forum - i was in pretty bad shape. Gaunt, frail and constantly constipated.

Thankfully now i am much better - gained some weight, cleaned up my diet. Most of All my hair is at its best.

I developed a gluten allergy after having bakery bread for about a full month (lazy me).

When i look at my tongue in the mirror there is a whitish coating at the back. I'm pretty sure its candida/thrush.

My diet is pristine - really good. Rice, steamed veggies and occasional yam with fermented veggies. I've been on garlic & coconuts for a while - but this thrush is stubborn. What is a safe way to counter-act it?

Thanks in advance everyone.

I had thrush for years, until I began taking a thyroid supplement and consuming liver once a week.

What supplement did you use? also how did you prepare the liver?

I use cynoplus and cynomel.

I cook the liver in butter and season it with salt.
