Status of NMN

Is there a drop dead date on the sale of NMN to the public or does it just have the sword of Damacles hanging over it with no definite end date? It's 50% off at iHerb which is great and all but that leads me to believe there's a good chance it won't be around for much longer.

A total guess here, FDA has informed companies that NMN-containing products can no longer be marketed as dietary supplements or food following a decision on October 11

This is because NMN has been authorized for investigation as a new drug, and under the drug preclusion clause, ingredients cannot be sold as dietary supplements if they were first approved or clinically studied as drugs.
