Massage causing massive shed??
I have been massaging my scalp 10min 2x per day for the past month.
But these past two weeks I have been shedding sooo much!!!
Not just short hairs but long healthy looking ones as well! WTF?? I never shed like this before...
Should I stop massaging? Anyone else experience this?
I read women on other forums experience the same thing..

Im pretty sure the people using that glycolic acid try to promote that same skin shedding process in order to grow hair.

Re: Massage causing massive shed??
I'm just using my finger tips to massage my scalp in a circular motion. I massage the top, sides, and even the back. I also squeeze the top of my scalp together by placing my palms on the sides then pushing it upwards..
I don't shed any skin.
I think I may stop because I'll be bald in no time if this continues..

You're shedding bro.... It's natural. Let the hair growth cycles regulate. Give it a chance.steve215 wrote:I'm just using my finger tips to massage my scalp in a circular motion. Doing anything else for hair/ any diet changes?
Most likely it's jsut a reboot of the hairs since they're getting more nutrients. As long as oyu aren't yanking on the read hard or anything it should be a good sign to not stop IMO.
