Suggestions for breaking up internal scar tissue?
Hey everyone, this is in reference to a band if scar tissue in one of my pelvic floor muscles. I want to exhaust every possible option for getting rid of this scar tissue before I even consider surgery.
Suggestions greatly appreciated!

Cs mentioned something about super saturated potassium iodine (SSKI) and dmso as having an impact on scar tissue. You might have to pm him for specifics.

My recommendation to decrease scar tissue and fibrin (and increase plasmin) would be using MSM, digestive enzymes, nattokinase, serrapeptase and lumbrokinase. Scar tissue is the bodies' way of healing itself in absence of collagen.
Therefore to heal yourself -- increase collagen and elastin with copious amounts of glycine/proline/lysine and vitamin C, also bone broth or hydrolyzed collagen (Great Lakes is a good brand.)

That's about the best response I could imagine to this. On the collagen availability note, I'd recommend something CS used to talk about which is choline stabilized silica. Its the form you'd find in a product like Biosil.4039 wrote:My recommendation to decrease scar tissue and fibrin (and increase plasmin) would be using MSM, digestive enzymes, nattokinase, serrapeptase and lumbrokinase.
