Is there a natural one, or extract I feel it's horrible for my hair? Teas and plain valerian(haven't tried extract) generally never work for me unless I'm a little tired already.

I think acerola cherry contains natural melatonin. I took a supplement capsule of it and instantly felt exhausted

physical activity - 30 min at least 2 hours after bed works for me...
