i have pretty bad itch and dandruff but only on sides and back of the scalp, ,especially above the ears.
the hair in those areas became thinner and is very easy to pull out..
i spray some mag oil and acv and get strong burning sensation and than relief..but i want to get the source of it.

is there any specific reason why the sides and back got inflamed ??

This happens to me too. It seems to be a popular area for yeast/fungus flare-ups. Check for issues with wheat or yeast, that's what tends to trigger it for me, also not shampooing for 3 days sets it off too. Could you relate to either of these?

well im almost wheat free, so its probably not the case and i wash my hair everyday because of the topicals.
i can tell that most of the time it occurs when im constipated , but im not really sure.. consipation is so bad for health.
