magic - Did you take it on an empty stomach? I ask because some people seem to have this reaction when consuming brewers yeast on an empty stomach.

The way to remedy it is to just take a bit of food before taking the brewers yeast, and/or start out with a small dose then build up from there. Starting with a small dose and building up from there would probably minimise any herxheimer reaction as well.

yes, i have this vice of taking everything on an empty stomach and never following the labels... same thing with vitamins from the B-family: instant nausea. Very Happy

Fred, and others if u can assist....

Which parts of ur regime do u think reduce sebum, and oil from being excreted in the scalp, or from being not even created in the first place, other than diet.

i want to reduce mine.

Really Vitamin A, and only vitamin A for the most part. Take 30000 to 50000 IU in the beginning, then reduce the dosage.

Vitamin B5: I take only one pill now (reduced from half since yesterday): 500 mg a day, I don't think it will do anything for sebum as acne sufferers take up to 10g! But I trust my B5, I've never shed either under it, but I was afraid it hindered my regrowth, I don't think it's the case. Smile

B5 is sufficient at 1 g a day, if you combine it with 1 g of cysteine (http://elqalatawy.hubpages.com/hub/Try-The-New-Acne-Cure---Experimented-For-Years).
