Firstly sorry for the off topic,

I haven't posted regarding hairloss for a while, as I've realised that whilst my hair seems to be reasonably maintaining, I've learned that it's not the most important thing to me anymore.

Anyway I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with random dizziness which then seems to trigger a panic attack? Also I feel like vertigo seems to be the catalyst for me, as I get the feeling that I'm about to have a full blown panic attack when I'm high up in a building or flying in a plane.

I'm controlling it more now with my breathing but was intriqued to know if there is anything else I can do about it.

Thanks

coco

Hi Chris,

Im currently taking
krill oil
Resveratrol
Curcumin

Take the occasional extra b vitamin as well

Also being from Scotland my diet could be a lot better, however I make wsure I eat lots of veg and keep my bread intake to a minimum, though I am partial to a few beers and a take away once or twice a week. It's too hard to resist!

Any advice is welcome

Ha, good old Scotland.

Although my problem has resolved, I am not entirely surely how I fixed it. Things to look into would probably be metal removal, gut health, thyroid, lower stress hormones, magnesium. Although there is a number of ways of doing each of these.

My two worst episodes of panic attacks, one was during a low carb period. The other was the 2 weeks after a vaccination.
