Improving Myopia naturally
What can I do to improve my eye sight I've had myopia for most my life. Do the IH top 6 help vision or myopia?

Re: Improving Myopia naturally
I am currently using part of the IH regimen and I've noticed an improvement in hand-eye coordination and reflexes in general. I had an optometrist appointment a few weeks ago, and found out that my myopia has stabilized, which is uncommon at my age (21). I don't know if the stabilization of myopia is attributable to the lifestyle/diet/supplement changes I've implemented during the last year, but it's likely.

I used the bates method a year or more ago and improved the vision somewhat, however i have lots of eye floaters and wonder if some of my myopia was due to toxins or deficiencies..

Re: Improving Myopia naturally
A few years back when I was recovering from mono I was taking large amounts of korean red ginseng tea, and for a couple weeks my eyesight randomly went completely back to 20/20. Started using a computer again and reading a lot and it went away, haven't been able to duplicate it since. I have had some luck with eye exercises, I used them for a while and was able to pass my last drivers license exam. They are hard to keep up on though, so I haven't done them in a while.

I have been trying plus lens therapy for the past few months. I haven't been particularly dedicated to it, neither have I haven't tracked my progress on a chart, but I think my eyesight is a little clearer and certainly hasn't deteriorated.

I basically just use reading glasses when doing close work to hopefully emulate the effects of looking into the distance. Sometimes I wear an eyepatch as well (lol) because I read that the eyes still cross slightly when looking at close objects through reading glasses, and that for some reason wasn't good. You can probably tell I'm half-arsing it and don't really know what I'm doing, so take my explanation for entertainment purposes only...

Re: Improving Myopia naturally
About a year ago, I heard something that seemed hard to believe--and I still don't know if it's true. Jumping on a rebound regularly for several months. It is purported to work by strengthening all of the body cells, including all of the cells in the eye. What I had heard is that this practice can eliminate the need for prescription glasses.
I use a rebounder, but I've always had perfect vision my whole life, but here are some other ideas also.
Occasional sun gazing. The UV light delivers needed energy to prevent changes.
That's interesting info about Korean Ginseng. Correct adrenal dysfunction is a major factor in glaucoma.
Another factor in vision is glutamate toxicity.

Re: Improving Myopia naturally
I had a cataract removed a year and a half ago (I'm 36). The cataract was so bad that the doctor couldn't even see my retina. After surgery, and once they could see in my eye, I was diagnosed with myopa and cystoid macular edema. I have been on a combination of steroid drops and anti-pressure drops since then. However, over the last six months, I have been weening off the drops because the CME was going down. As of Friday, it looks like my recovery may be regressing and they want to up my doses again.
I have asked that we take a break from the meds for a few weeks and see what happens (hope that's not a bad idea) because I don't like the idea of putting steroids in my eye everyday.
I have tried a lot of natural supplements, including Mercola, Jarrow, and Life Extension eye health formulas with no noticeable improvement. My girlfriend sent me a link to this guy yesterday, who was recommended by her new doctor and he had some thoughts on eyesight:

Not sure how sound they are, but wanted to offer up the information.
Good luck and let me know if you find anything that works!
