Omega 6 Fatty Acids in Soy Milk: Are they Oxidized?
I tend to avoid vegetable oils at all cost however I know that in their natural state (non processed), they are harmless and quite beneficial. In this country, soy milk is always pasteurized. I'm wondering if this denature the fats in it making them unhealthy or is it specifically the hydrogenation process that we have to look out for?
thx

yes they would be destroyed not only that I would stay away from soy in general unless it's natto,(or some fermented type) although I've never tried it might not like it.
