pancacke wrote:1) Never tried one of these, but I think toxguard is what many here use
2)Don't know what you need the chlorella for, but chelating is better with other agents....
3)Again what is this for? If you want to supplement zinc than only with copper, in a ~10:1 ratio(otherwise drags metals in your brain)
http://aor.ca/html/products.php?id=68 if you're interested click on the research tab....
4)I take the one of IH-regimen, but this should be fine
5)For what purpose again? Smile
6)I buy the biotin from country life, they come in 5mg as well. Cutler says biotin helps reducing the effect of thalium toxicity...
x) Don't know about the rest, never used them.

Thank You for your quick answer...
1.
You are right, many people here use ToxGuard. But, there are some who use Complete Metal Cleanse.
I was wondering, what is better for me, as a beginer with amalgams.
2.
Interesting, I thought Chlorella is the best agent out there, could you please name the better products?
Please bear in mind, I am only starting with this, so I would rather not go heavy.
3.
I have heard about necessity of Copper while on Zinc. I am currently taking Brewer's Yeast, which do contain Copper. Do You think it can "get the job
done"? Very Happy
4.
Thank You for approving Wink...
5.
I have incorporate Panthotenic Acid in my regimen and experience tremendous lowering of shead. That is just my experience, whether it is a placebo or not, it works for me... I have mentioned it couple of times here and there, but my voice is not so strong... Wink
6.
Thank You for approving Wink...
It should work, according to various sources...

Thank You once again, I am looking for another inputs... Thank you guys...

Best thing to do is get amalgams removed, why chelate if you leave the source of exposure?

Don't know about the copper in brewers yeast but if you get the right ratio with it.....

Hi Pancake - do you have a written info-links--on why silicia is important? I was thinking the same thing (why is it important)--it would nice to be able to see something on paper about how selenium and silica are interpdependent '-) Only if you have time of course Smile

Well, then please tell me how much you are using per day! Smile

PS--I like your way of asking questions (1,2,3,4)--I think it's a very effective way to get answers without anything being missed (for the most part) Smile

Hi !!!

I am glad someone ask about Pantothenic Acid. As a matter of fact, this is the only contribution to this forum Very Happy...
I used to take two tablets per day, one at morning, one in the afternoon. I used this prudct, available in my country, which is Slovakia.

Code:
http://www.mojalekaren.sk/dr-muller-panthenol-40mg-60-cps/

It contains 40 mg and the difference it made was, after washing my hair, I loose about a third as I used to. I must say, I have a lot of hair, the issue brought me to this forum is Seborrhoeic dermatitis.

Before a few hours I made my first order at www.iherb.com and I order Jarrow Formulas, Pantothenic Acid B5, 500 mg instead one I mentioned before.
It contains more than ten times of active substance in comparison. Looking forward to that, I can tell you... bounce
Code:
http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Pantothenic-Acid-B5-500-mg-100-Capsules/276?at=0
So, You might give it a try... By the way, I am planning to break the pill to two parts and take it once a day, or maybe twice.
I see no need to take these two times a day. It contains 7142% of daily value.. Way too overkill Wink !!!

And thank you for appreciation my style of making posts. I always make sure, it make sense what I have write, and one get the point in a blink of an eye.
It is beneficial to us all... And, I am always maintanim maximum politeness. I honor each one of You, guys...

Keep in mind that the RDA, daily intake, according to the FDA is a load of Crap in a lot of cases, such as in Iodine, I believe that my Iosol is 1245% or so the RDA per DROP, which I take full dropper fulls of with only good results.

According to http://www.hairlosshelp.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=10&threadid=28082, one should not take too much B5.

Another Heavy Metal Detox Question (newbie) - Page 2 Empty Re: Another Heavy Metal Detox Question (newbie)

Post  JosephineMarie Fri Mar 18, 2011 6:53 am

Hi Jerusalan - I rather fell off the face of the earth there a couple of weeks and am just now getting back to the sites I have frequented. Thank you for the info. I did go out and buy B5 and the caps are 500 mg - I am taking at least 2 a day and sometimes more, but I'll probably stick with 1000 mg--as you said that's a lot of B5. My shed has actually slowed recently but I think that may be due to the copper peptides I am using. I need the B5 for my adrenals, so no matter what I will keep using it. Very Happy
