CS : A few questions..

1 Should Iosol (iodine) be consumed on empty stomach or can one have it after meals?

2 How many times a week can I use the IH topical ( lithium orotate+dsmo+shampoo ) ??

3 Pure mag oil : Overnight as a topical ( on scalp ) or rinse it off after 30 mins of application?

A few more things...

I have noticed under extremely bright lights that my scalp is shiny. ( I have very oily skin too ) so I presume this must be sebum right??

Whenever I massage my scalp there are these tiny white flakes which come out?? What are these??

I had serious acne in the past. Although that is the thing of the past I still have some very light marks on my face?? What can I do to get rid off it?

Nocturnalhorse - Iosol can be consumed whenever, although you can always take it in water.

The lithium orotate+dsmo+shampoo can be used everyday. I used it until I no longer needed it.

By marks, do you mean old skin lesions that healed into scar tissue?
