Immortal Hair Regimen -> Increased Body Fat???

I may be paranoid, but coming from a guy who works out regularly and generally maintains a low bodyfat %, I've noticed my bodyfat % increase around the same time I started the immortal hair regimen. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this possible? My diet also changed slightly and I did move to a new place, but even when my diet has been bad historically, I've maintained a low bodyfat % resulting from routinely working out etc.

Thoughts?

Also, I'm on the core regimen. I don't take any of the ancillary supps.

what are you exactly eating?

Those supplements wont make you fat, if anything they will make you burn it off and increase lean muscle mass.

Diet and exercise are more of a concern here.

Thank you both for your responses. As some background, I've always had high metabolism. I generally eat a lot more than the average person (more fats, more complex carbs, less simple carbs, way more protein, very little sugar) for the original purpose of packing on weight, and now more to maintain. Lift weights 3-4x a week, tennis 1-2x a week.

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't being paranoid here. I was on the regimen before I moved and I remember putting on a little more fat around that time. Then I stopped the regimen when I ran out and didn't re-order and remember getting a little more sculpted around that time. Started again about 3 weeks ago and have put on some weight.

Most report losing weight. The only possible exception is if you're taking iodine. Some will experience some weight gain in the beginning.

Definitely lost weight with the information on this forum. Lowest bf% of my life.

Yeah, me too. I got cut fast on the IH regimen.
