I am planning on making some home made yoghurt from a site I was sent to by CS found at
http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yoghurt.htm

I can't find it at the moment, but I'm sure the site said to start with 1 spoonful of yoghurt and eventually build up the amount of eat. Why is this?

The site also says don't eat more than a max of 3 cups a day. Is there some risk to eating a lot of bacteria?

Found a good thread on them here:

https://immortalhair.forumotion.com/natural-hair-regrowth-forum-f1/why-you-may-not-improve-while-on-probioticsand-what-to-do-t1579.htm

The site I posted a link to gives recommendations to yoghurt's that have Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus. Am I right in believing if I bought some probiotics, say from iherb that had loads of strains and then put them into the yoghurt to make, I would get the benefit of all the strains?

Does anyone know if LittleFighter made the new thread or article nidhogge asked about? I can't find it anywhere.

I think to create your own new strains, you can make the yoghurt like normal but put in a probiotic from say, iherb as a starter. Is this right?

It seems LittleFighter knows a lot of yoghurt, I've sent them a PM but I don't think they check them. :/

Probiotics are not SCD legal when making yogurt.

What you want is this

http://www.iherb.com/Yogourmet-Freeze-Dried-Yogurt-Starter-Creme-Bulgare-Starter-1-oz-30-g/12046?at=0

and ferment for 24 hours... especially if mercury toxic.

Are you on about not legal for the scd diet? I'm not on the scd diet that was just the guide I was hoping to use to make yoghurt. Can I use probiotics in yoghurts if im not on the diet?

Not a fan of probiotics. They are all aluminum based anyway terminating the benefical yttrium based probiotics as they compete with one another. Got turmeric.

Regarding the probiotics with yogurt... because of the change in PH with probiotics, won't allow the full digestion of the milk making it like Kefir.

Aluminum based probiotics are nice in the beginning and will correct issues if you're in ill health but for those already healthy, long-term maintenance of health requires yttrium based probiotics.

You can't buy yttrium based probiotics but really no need to anyway. Just consume yttrium such as non-irradiated turmeric, limit alluminum from diet and chelate the aluminum already in body.

I've posted info in the past if you want to do a search for yttrium.

There are some researchers (I'm taking this info from wikipedia) believe the main cause for most hair loss is the the yeast, Malassezia which inhabits the scalp. MPB research claims that Malassezia causes inflammation, hair shedding and follicular miniaturization. There also a possible connection between Malassezia and seborrhic dematitis that has not been proven yet. Anyway, there is study that shows the prbiotic, Lactobacillus parascasei, can decrease the Malassezia yeast count on your scalp which will reduce the greasiness and irritation on your scalp.
