Oil pulling receipes

So i've been getting into oil pulling again. Recently i've been experimenting with adding a few ingredients but i have no idea if what i'm doing has any benefits. I use extravirgin coconut oil, add 2 or 3 drops of oregano oil and half a teaspoon or less of xilitol and rinse my mouth with this for about 20 minutes.
Is this a good idea? Anybody here that does something similar? Maybe add backing soda?

Sounds good. No need to add Baking soda
Everything is proper here and you might notice teeth whitening over time. A long time ago someone took some advice on tooth pain (told them to use coconut oil pulling) and two years later....amazing white teeth (no pain occurred within days)

What does Xilitol do here that oregano wouldnt?
