Need help with putting together a DIY topical .....
I'm about to set out and create a DIY topical.
Below are the ingredients (powder) and the solution %'s I've seen on Reddit, various sites, and ChatGPT.
Melatonin:
0.01% solution
Taurine:
2-5% solution (will start with 2%)
Adenosine:
0.75% solution
Ashwagandha KSM66:
0.5 - 5% solution (will start with 1%)
Rosemary:
2% solution
Cetirizine:
1% solution
Anyone have recommendations for the delivery vehicle(s) and necessary mixtures?

Re: Need help with putting together a DIY topical .....
After spending some time thoroughly looking at options I think I know what direction I'm going in.
- Ethanol + Distilled Water to dissolve the active ingredients
- I will dissolve each ingredient in its own glass 100ml bottle
- During application I will mix 1-2 drops of each in a separate mixture w/Hyaluronic Acid then rub that in my scalp
Btw, I decided to remove Rosemary and Cetirizine for now. Adding Ghk-Cu instead.

Thank you!
I feel like such a science nerd and mad chemist right now lol, but it's also exciting taking matters like this into my own hands.
All in all - the entire thing cost me $230 which is CHEAP considering how many applications I'll get out of it.

Re: Need help with putting together a DIY topical .....
One more update today.
It appears the below are soluble in water, but not ethanol.
- Adenosine
- Taurine
- Ashwagandha KSM-66
Had to heat the distilled water up a little bit though.
I believe I can now add in the ethanol, but gonna hold off to confirm.
