citruline and arginine for hair loss
Both of these increase nitric oxide levels which expands blood vessels if taken internally. Can a topical be made from these so that it do the same for the capillaries that feed our hair follicles in our scalp? Minoxidil supposedly does the same thing. I'm trying it anyway. Dissolving the powder from capsules in an alcohol-based cream (voltaren). Not sure if it really dissolves all that well since there is still crystalline filler that doesn't dissolve making it look cloudy.
