How to stop Skull Expansion from aging?

I've noticed that as we get older, our skull seems to get bigger.. or longer rather. Take for example this picture of keanu reeves:




Notice how his head is way more egg shaped? I find this to be unattractive and notice is happening to myself. Is there a way we can stop this process? Some celebs don't seem to have this happening to them at all as they age, whereas others its very apparent. What can we do to solve this and why does it happen?

Maybe it's just the skin sagging. Gravity always wins.

Because it seems to me that skull expansion is a huge part of MPB. It stretches the galea, right?

I thought that was the core mechanism.

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm pretty confident about it XD
