Will give the above a try.

I have used and still use Iodine.

Small drop on any type of skin tag, let it dry for few minutes then repeat 10 to 20 times within the hour.
After about 5 to 7 days the layer dries up and falls off.

Best to use strong iodine solution, the weaker stuff just gets absorbed.
Iodine 7% Elemental and 14% Potassium Iodide.
