Disolving arterial plaque?
Hi all,
I know that "modern" medicine states that nothing can disolve existing plaque..but I'm wondering if something works on the natural front, trying to come up with a regimen for my father.
I know that vit c, d, k2 all help anything else? and dosages?
Appreciated!

Re: Disolving arterial plaque?
I’ve tried basically everything for many years. Even have very expensive device to find if something is working or not. Everything seems to work to a degree. K2 mk4 5mg by carlson has been easiest method with good results so far and number 1 best.
She also has good supplement program including nattokinase x2 per day, rutin 150 mg x2 per day, laser irradiation watch x3 per week but should be used 3veryday for couple months first. Some chelation methods work well too but for her will only take figi water which works well and helpful.

I should add some have used product called nanobac but is very expensive. Book on the subject and product called calcium bomb. Combining this with frequency research has produced bes5 results I’veever heard about. But again cost is way too much for most everyone so I mentioned first post above which is doable for most. https://www.frequencyfoundation.com/2018/05/27/live-longer-reduction-of-calcification-in-the-arteries-with-frequencies/

Thanks for the info! so pretty much this product: https://www.vitacost.com/carlson-vitamin-k2-mk-4-menatetrenone ? 1 pill per day? cost seems reasonable for 180 caps.

Yes, that’s the one. Have used others brands and mk7 before but carlson mk4 5 mg per day has been single best so far.

Re: Disolving arterial plaque?
I used to work with a lot of heart attack victims. I say victims because they would be pressured to do the "plumbing procedures" which are no more effective than placebo.
I wrote this article quite some time ago, "Clogged Arteries Do Not Cause Heart Attacks"
https://web.archive.org/web/20170513171600/http://longevitypost.com/clogged-arteries-heart-attacks/
Nevertheless, there are many ways to "de-clog" arteries.
All depends on what is comprised there - Calcium actually does the killing, not so much the plaque.
Treating hair loss in a comprehensive way will by default prevent heart disease.
Enzyme therapy works well - embolizes (digests the plaque)
K2 as already mentioned and chelating heavy metals will go a long way.
However, none of these will make much difference if there is an infection in the jawbone and/or root canal or cavitation.

Use enzymes, something with serrapeptase.
I've used this:

Glass of pomegranate juice daily,no joke.I tried to post a pubmed link, but as new user i'm not allowed to, you have to check by yourself. Carotid intima-media thickness reduction by whopping 30% after one year. This study definitely needs more recognition worldwide.
Cheers
edit: just type in google: pomegranate juice consumption for 3 years pubmed
