DHEA to boost youthfulness Empty DHEA to boost youthfulness

I am asking this for somebody I know. They are worried about their looks. I have recommended them a lot of supplements.

One thing that I've kept away from is supplements that affect the hormones like DHEA. But to me it seems that their this is exactly what they need. You know how after a certain age people seem to have lost their lustre and glow in their face, is there something that can be done to reverse that?

Is it safe and simple to take DHEA? I've heard all sorts of things such as hirsuteness and manly features. Bear in mind this is for a woman in her late 50s.

Is there anything that powerfully repairs the skin texture without any bullshit. I need something that just works.

A few years ago telomere supplements were all the craze and it seemed like people would actually be able to visibly look younger. But we are in 2016 now and there is no news about these studies at the moment or any new product on the market.

I studied the telomere extracts and it seems that you need to be concerned about cancer with them.   Here is one of the latest things that gets good reviews.  I wanted to order it,  but I want to finish my hair project without deviation.

For me at 45 years it comes down to detox with juice fasting with massaging my face with strong pressure.  The massage regenerates the skin, removes excess blood under the eyes, slowly reduces wrinkles,  brings bloodflow and oxygenation. I use my fingers and as strong of pressure as is comfortable.  I use an oil like tumeric which is said to whiten dark spots or sometimes spearmint oil. Or just olive oil with apple cider vinegar and seaweed soaked into it.  The high dose vitamin C I supplement with must be doing some good also to keep the elasticity better.  My 5 months of face treatments seems to be really paying off as I get compliments about how nice I look quite often these days. I see it myself in old photos and how especially under my eyes look better now.

DHEA to boost youthfulness Empty Re: DHEA to boost youthfulness

Thanks for sending that link regarding MK677. I had never heard about that before. This is the kinda thing I was looking for. The only thing that concerns me though is that, I am not interested really for its body building aspects and I don't know it this product is appropriate to be taken by women. The other concern is the side effects mentioned like water retention, which seems serious if it leads to edema. I know its related to potassium sodium ratio in the diet. But it would still be difficult to prevent that and keep that ratio balance.

My other concern is that it is a synthetic product developer by Merck Pharmaceuticals, a company that I have much contempt for due to their harmful other drugs on the market. I would't trust them.

What is the general consensus regarding MK677? Is it good? Safe? Anti aging? What are people's experiences in turning back the clock with this?

Thanks,

Mike

Honestly I do not have too many answers for your questions. I found that it could be ordered generically on alibaba from china for about $30 per month. Hopefully people can add some experiences.

Honestly, looking at the dangers of water retention this seems to be like a definite no no to me. Not sure why there are tons of videos on youtube praising it. Water retention is no joking matter, it can cause organ failure and even death.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Is 100mg of dhea safe for women over 60? And also men over 60? They have never taken it before.

I am seeing some cons and pros, I kinda worry with the fact that it also has negative side effects.
