sources for oleuropein, MAP, oleoresin capsicum?

I'm having a hard time finding good - free of fillers - sources for:
I have already digged through:
I found MAP and olive leaf extract on lotioncrafter.com, but they seems a bit too pricey to me.
BTW, what do you guys think of Ascorbyl Glucoside for topical use?

WOW, very nice finds. But is a 40% oleuropein standardized olive leaf extract legit? most of them from well known brands are standardized at 20%... what do you think?

I know... I wish I had some friend at some Chemical lab at some university nearby to run some independent tests and then report back here...
