Quick Simple Question Empty Quick Simple Question

Hey all!

I was just wondering, I saw a site that listed the EGCG amount in different brands of green tea bags (the one I use, Celestial, has the most at 99 mg of EGCG and 216 total catechins <-- this part I assume doesn't matter much, should be plenty).

Now, instead of buying a green tea supplement, if I wanted, say, 350-400mg of EGCG, would it be as simple as drinking 4 bags of green tea throughout the day?  In the morning I put 3 tea bags (around 300 mg of EGCG) in a pot filled with 1 cup of almost boiling water, cover it for like 10 minutes, let it cool, pour it into my mug, add some lemon and drink it, and I could do this later with an additional tea bag.  I know it has less caffeine than my coffee so replacing my coffee with it would be great...

Thanks for any input!
