Tonsil Stones

Anyone have any experience with these?  I noticed a little white spot in the back of my throat and found out it was a tonsil stone.  I scrapped most of it out and it's the most disgusting and satisfying thing I've ever done.  I hope there aren't more that I can't see.  They smell like hell too so it's gross to think that I've had that thing in my throat for years.

Do not watch if you are eating!



This one is particularly disturbing because you can't see them until the tonsil is pulled back.  What if we are all walking around with these things?



Any tips on how to find these, if they cause any harm and the best way to prevent and remove them?

Ive had problems with these. Very foul condition. Either have tonsils removed, use a water pick to blast them out or do what i do : ZERO dairy. If u aboid all dairy in any form you will have very limited issues with tonsil stones. If ur already off dairy completely and still having issues then it can also happen with beans and squishy fibrous foods like that. Change ur diet n u will see results. IME anyway

I did some more excavation and I think I got all of it unless there are still some under my tonsils like the 2nd video shows. I used q-tips and a dental pick like this...

You have to use a light to get a good view. I just used my iPhone. All of it probably ended up being the volume of about 3 or 4 BB's. Pretty gross. You really have to peel back the layers and dig. They can be deep in the crevices. I've had some problems with bad breath and always eat mints and chew gum and I swear that my breath has gotten better. Maybe people with chronic halitosis just have tonsil stones? Everyone should check their throats for these things. They might be an epidemic considering how many people have problems with halitosis.

Oral health definitely affects ones overall healthy. Personally, I'd get all my mercury fillings removed and more importantly get rid of any root canals. Perhaps, go see a holistic dentist.

Forgot to add - I'd do oil pulling daily. I use coconut oil. Also weekly or bi - weekly salt water rinses.

Great advice.

Also, iodine will help resolve these stones (by dissolving them over time).

Wife was getting these before she got her tonsils removed. She used to gargle with peroxide, it would help a lot
