Do PQQ and Low-level Laser (Light) Therapy do the same thing ?
Does anyone know the science behind it,
and if they do the same action ?

No lllt does not increase mitochondria, just its works : ATP.
PQQ act as an antioxidant by itself (electron transfer) but is also pro oxidant : decrease GSH and SOD while increase ROS.
The company behind PQQ have lot of money and NEVER showed any improvement in lifespan in animal model. I even doubt the opposite.
I studied this topic a while ago, and increase mitochondria biogenesis in that way is actually the opposite you want when your hair are touched by MPB gene. AGA dp cells make lot of mitochondria and are working in the wrong way. You can find these info all over the web. For me PQQ is just a pure marketing crap
