My temperature is god awful, would thyroid boost help it?

Ive been monitoring my temperature for a week now, and it has never gone past 96.6 in the morning, oral or armpit. I guess I have Hypothyroidism? is that why I feel so much better when I took 8 pills of thyroid boost a month ago, then feel like crap when I ran out. When I was taking 8 pills for about a week, my energy was through the roof, never was tired or sleepy even after a meal like I usually am.

Cs, my thyroid came, you think its safe for me to start 8 pills for a week again, then do 6 pills after that? This time Im make sure I have enough pills to last me haha

Right now, I am taking thyroid boost, decalcify, ecklonia clava, vitamin a, vitamin d3, zinc, and msm.

What is your protein intake like? You should try getting around 80 to 120g a day

well u asked if it was safe i was assuming it was cause u experienced a bad reaction

Getting enough hot drinks, boogy? A hot drink warms your temperature an extra two degrees. I had to cut back on hot drinks because it was causing my temp to increase too much. When I actually went a week or so without having any hot drinks I was always feeling uncomfortably cold, so decided to just have them when my body needed them.

Sorry, I've been quite busy (or distracted by other posts)...

If your basal temperature ranges between 97.8 (36.5 C.) and 98.2 degrees Fahrenheit (36.7 C.) it is normal, so yes your 96.6 is definitely low.

Iodine is not always the reason, however it is often a major reason.

I think of Thyroid Boost as a combination supplement (it contains various nutrients in organic form), so no organification is necessary and it also contains natural chelators which help as well.

It's quite safe to take. In fact, it's probably the safest for the above mentioned reasons.
