Yes, there is. I'd say mostly the emotional/flatline effects of it will be difficult to deal with at first. Nofap/Pornfree is the best way to go and you'll find yourself probably hornier than ever at first, but then it will go away and you will probably feel incredibly depressed. Something to consider: what are the most "effective" (read, least effort) hair loss solutions and what do they primarily effect? Propecia, spiro, other DHT inhibitors.. they effect your LIBIDO. Masturbation, orgasms, sex, etc. play a part in baldness whether you like it or not. Fin kills your libido. Of course masturbation plays a role somewhere in this puzzle.

What is the best all round multivitamin and mineral supplement to take if there is such a thing. Would it be a food based one such as by Vitamin code or better getting it through diet using a home made one with nutrient rich powders such as this formula here: http://www.organiclifestylemagazine.com/total-nutrition-make-your-own-homemade-multivitamin-and-mineral-formula/
The recipe which looks like it would be fun to make is this:    
1 part Alfalfa Grass Powder
   1 part Barley Grass Powder
   1 part Wheat Grass Powder
   1 part Norwegian Purple Dulse Seaweed Powder
   1 part Beet Root Powder
   1 part Spinach Leaf Powder
   1 part Rosehips Powder
   1 part Orange Peel Powder

   1 part Astragalus Powder
   1.5 parts Spirulina Green Algae
   1.5 parts Chlorella Broken Cell Algae
   5 parts Yeast Flakes
   5 parts Yeast Powder
