Sodium Thiosulfate + Vitamin C for cleanse

CS, and all plz give your opinion or experiences with using Sodium Thiosulfate + vitamin C to detox and cleanse the colon.

good video he also talks about GMO and mentions things i didnt know about the nutritional value of foods. he is pro unpasteurized milk and eggs.

Is there a risk or side effect to this, ive been having IBS more often than I like and tried fiber options to cleanse the colon but didnt work.  every time i have gut issues flare up my scalp becomes more oily.

I have painful IBS, if this stimulates the muscles of the colon muscles i worry about stronger cramps.  Do you know if this combo makes the muscles work harder (more IBS pain) or just makes the stool softer??

teacup - If you have some form of IBS then I would not recommend Sodium Thiosulphate. Actually I don't recommend it all. It's ultra powerful and it will cause or can cause a lot of abdominal discomfort. The trip to the bathroom will be repeated (for several hours). It's a journey that most will not forget.

Also, a lot of the fibers recommended I find sometimes are worse than doing nothing.

There is one particular fiber though that is quite helpful in your case. Feel free to read my controversial article about it.

yep its working

when my small intestines feel inflamed and my stomach is hard to the touch, this i used to think was inflammation , but it might also be bacteria.

im considering going on colloidal silver for some time then repopulating by eating different fermented foods to see if this deals with the inflammation.
