anyone has experience with zirconia (zirconium oxide) for dental fillings?

anyone has experience with zirconia (zirconium oxide) for dental fillings?
from the little research I have done it looks like a wonder matherial... but my understanding is that it doesn't have a chemical bond with your own teeth and it needs to be prepared as an onlay and glued to them with some cement...
