Trying this boar brushing manual technique offshoot from a russian hairloss site. Please help with deciphering google translate! (regrowth pics inside)
So in light of my nerve problems with the wrist workout of DT (im going to be getting this worked on with a hand specialist) I will be trying this particular brushing technique from a russian hairloss site. Here is the link and pictures (it is midway down the page):

Can everyone share their interpretation of what this guy is saying? I believe he says he does the brushing morning and evening and then shampoos three days a week? Everyone else agree? Its a bit confusing.. Here is a copy/paste:
-----
"Massage is done every day in the morning and at bedtime, in the morning before a meal, the evening after. First comb do 10 minutes, then the second 10 minutes (timed stopwatch =) so as not to cheat), and one or the other I drive along the head up and down, it is not necessary to tear but to feel the comb teeth. Second comb bought for $ 15 at the pharmacy, it is a roller with copper needles (sounds scary but the effect of it, too cool) That's all that I do, my head three times a week Tue Thu Sat after trenerovok in sport hall, the most usual shampoo, written on it for volume) costs 12 USD. After washing the hair rub the towel 20 seconds at the most. That's all) All a Happy! I wish all the hair =)! I'll see you in the new year, if something else is interested please contact - answer after NG"
-----
Also, what do you guys think he means by "and one or the other I drive along the head up and down" ? Do you think he means both combs he goes up and down? Or just one comb goes up and down... Maybe it's not very important but Im curious..
And last of all, does anyone know where I could buy a roller like the one on the bottom right?
Thanks all!

Hi mate,
I guess you could say that this is the regimen i follow, however I interpret what he is saying a little differently. I don't believe what he is doing is brushing his hair, i believe he is using the wooden combs (as per the pictures) to massage his head. By this i mean using downward pressure on the comb/brush and using the teeth to move and pinch the scalp with moderate force.
I tried this a while ago and believe i got pretty decent results after about 9 months or so doing it, i am currently on it again in month 4 with little progress to speak of, apart from that my scalp has become much more flexible and my temples have many vellus hairs appearing. I stopped the massage for a bout nine months about a year ago after shaving my head and lost a lot of ground. But I'm hopeful that i can change that.
Anyway, re: the metal comb tool; i believe its called a lyapko applicator, they can be found here: http://www.applicatorlyapko.com/
good luck pal,
