I thinkcheese in most cases seems to be a good food for those who fight hair loss...

found this on an article from mercola:

There is a difference between natural cheese and processed “cheese foods.” Natural cheese is a simple fermented dairy product, made with nothing more than a few basic ingredients — milk, starter culture, salt and an enzyme called rennet. Salt is a crucial ingredient for flavor, ripening and preservation.

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/06/17/heart-healthy-cheese.aspx

the ingredients from the edam cheese im buying are: pasteurized milk, salt, dairy yeast, rennet, E-160b (bixin

so it seems the cheese im buying is real? or that the fact that E-160b (bixin as an ingredient is telling that is not a real cheese?

I'm skeptic about pasteurized milk.

As with all human-made foods, the quality of each ingredient is really important. Do some research about rennet production, sounds nicer than it is Very Happy
