Hi there. Could anyone there please let me know if it is not advisable to take for example dopa mucuna in the morning, for energy and good mood, and st john wort at night before bed for calming down and good sleep? Thank you.

The research into St John's wort is not conclusive but I believe the general consenus is that it blocks the reuptake of all neurotransmitters including dopamine. I would say proceed with caution, or use one for a month to see effects then try the other for a month. You could use Rhodiola in the morning instead for energy and mood boost. Also interestingly some people find Mucuna helps them sleep better.
