what did you think? ive read people taking chasteberry or mucuna for prolactin suppression.

My stint with Mucuna was short. It certainly made me perky, more happy, lifted my mood - but it shortened my IELT, so I had to drop it.
Long and short, this stuff made a quick difference for me....
I was not taking it for prolactin, so cannot comment on it.
