Might have been during personal messages between me and CS so I'm not sure if you'd find it in the threads here, but Infared Lamp Sauna's are very beneficial for detoxing through the skin, weight loss, and numerous other things. I'm going to be picking one up sometime in the near future online, there's one for rather cheap I'll link you to.

Yes, this technique is great. Really makes you sweat.
I would strongly recommend to purchase a dome rather then a tent though, cos doing this 3 times a week kinda gets a bit boring after a while so comfort is KEY.
If economy doesn't allow it, a portable infra-tent will work!
I remember one study concluding that the sweat from FIRs do contain more junk then regular sweat, too bad my bookmark archive is quite mezzy

Re: Infrared lamps
I know JDP/RDKMl posted instructions on how to make one of these for about &60-$70 a while back. It didn't have the tent though, just the bulbs. Is the tent really necessary? does it do anything other than trap your body heat?

Interesting. If you do not wash or wipe the sweat away will this junk find its way back into the skin?
