Id always end up with headaches or diarrhea or something, I even took a Now foods pea protein that I thought would be
good since it was non dairy, non soy, non gmo, non msg, but turns out to have massive msg in it because I got weird 30 minute
headaches after taking it and my diet over the past couple years has made me become very msg sensitive...
The only one I've ever taken that has agreed with my body is this one Garden of Life Raw Organic protein powder-
Costed me like 25$ at whole foods. Supposedly has probiotics in it also, though a weakish amount of protein ( I had to take two scoops )it did make me feel like I had increased energy. I'll probably rebuy soon...
(Add a W on that, says I cant post links yet because I'm too new )

I am using swansons bio whey and like it very much. It is expensive at 30 bucks. i also ordered the one they sell for 17 bucks from grass fed cows and could tell that it is a quality whey; also low temperature processed. The problem is, and the reason i had to send it back, it gave me a 12 hour headache. I am confident that stevia caused the headache because there is a very specific headache I get when i eat stevia; basically it is like a migraine that affects my left eye. Oddly the product makes no mention of stevia, but it is unaturally sweeter than normal whey and given my headache, I'd wager without hesitation that it has stevia in it.
